Event description


Reconnect Community Catchup. - A dip and beach clean up with a warm drink at Knead

Followed by an intro into our movement and MFR classes at Reconnect.

7-9AM - KNEAD BAKERY, SCARBOROUGH 1A Luna Maxi Mart, 241 West Coast Highway

What to bring: Bathers, Towel, Reusable Cup, Myofascial Release tools, Gloves, Bin Bag - we will have some spare & MFR tools.

This is a free, family-friendly event
