Event description
Narelle & Sharon welcome you to join them for a beautiful morning of breathwork, meditation sound healing and reiki at the beach. It will be a morning for mind, body, and soul activation and some heart centered connections too. The healing modality of the ocean will be our anchor, bringing presence, connection and intention as we ground, connect, relax and release.
After the meditation you will be welcomed to join us for a dip in the ocean, completely optional.
