Meeting Spot: On the sand in front of the Floreat SSLC and Kiosk
Who can come: Gals only
What's involved: 30 mins beach pilates facilitated by Emma from Home of Movement. This will get ya sweaty! Followed by a traditional Sea Gals dip in the ocean. Meet us for coffee afterwards at the Kiosk!
