Beach Sound & Breath • Main Beach is a gentle, grounding beach experience designed to help you slow down, release stress and reconnect with yourself, with others & with nature. Instead of scrolling, rushing or sleeping through it, you'll spend the first hour of your sunday breathing, resting and listening.

Held on the sand, with the sound of the ocean as our backdrop, this 60+minute gathering blends breath, stillness, and sound to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.

What to Expect

Conscious Breathing – Gentle, energising breathing practices to wake the body and clear the mind, without forcing anything.

Guided Meditation – A meditation to set an intention for the week ahead as the first light appears.

Sound Healing Journey – Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls accompany the sunrise, inviting the body into a calm, alert state.

Connection Moment – A short, simple exercise to share presence with the people around you.

Suitable for all levels. No experience required. Ideal if you're curious about morning rituals, if your mind is loud before the day starts, or if you simply want to see a Gold Coast sunrise in a very different way.
