Our Trilogy Sanctuary mediation team will meet at the grassy area at La Jolla Shores park nearer to the volleyball courts (and bigger parking lot). We highly recommend you arrive 15 minutes early because the group will promptly leave at the designated start time along on the beach.

You will receive the download 48 hours before the event in your email - please make sure to download the meditation in advance to your phone and bring earphones. The meditation is approximately an hour and 15 minutes.

What to bring:
- Charged smartphone
- Charged headphones or wired headphones
- Downloaded walking meditation 75 minutes
- Shoes optional - will be walking on beach
