Start your weekend with a relaxed beachside Pilates session at Dixon Park.

We’re teaming up with TOOSH for a Saturday morning Pilates class designed to ease you into the day. Expect a calm, welcoming session focused on movement, mobility, and feeling good rather than pushing limits.

The class will be held on 17 January at 8am at Dixon Park Beach. Numbers are capped to keep the session comfortable and spacious, and it’s a BYO mat class.

In the event of wet weather, the session will be relocated nearby, and all ticket holders will be notified in advance.

This is a great option if you’re looking to move your body, enjoy the beach in the quieter morning hours, and start the weekend feeling refreshed.
