What to Expect

Conscious Yoga & Functional Alignment (8:00 - 9:00 AM): We begin on the grass with an intentional yoga practice focused on body alignment, functional anatomy, and creating space for your internal organs to boost overall vitality and cellular health.
Sauna, Breathwork & Ocean Contrast (9:00 - 10:00 AM): We transition into the warmth of the sauna to deepen relaxation, enhance detox, and release tension. Guided breathwork and continuous hydration will keep you grounded, with the crisp ocean right outside for refreshing cold-water contrast.

Optional Ayurvedic Ritual

To elevate your sauna session, you are invited to bring Black Sesame Seed Oil to apply to your skin prior to entering the sauna. Grounded in Ayurvedic tradition, this warm, nourishing oil deeply hydrates, aids detoxification, and calms the nervous system under the heat.

What to Bring

Yoga mat or large towel for the grass
Swimwear & a dry towel for the sauna and ocean dip
Optional: Black Sesame Seed Oil for your pre-sauna skin ritual
