Bearflow Creations presents FREEDOM FLOW 5th JULY 25 WANGARA

After the resounding success of our last dance, we are excited to launch our next session in the series for Wangara. 

In this Meditation of Sounds....... We Invite you to Explore your Inner landscape by way of movement and dance.

There is no right or wrong way.     All of YOU is WELCOME to dance your Unique expression.

Our Intention is to hold a Safe, Fun, Non-Judgmental and Welcoming space where You are Encouraged to be your most Authentic Self.

Come move your body to the music in this meditation of Dance, Freedom and Flow.

An opportunity to explore new ways of movement without judgment.

Basic rules of Ecstatic dance will be followed:

- No shoes, no talking and no phones. 

- This a drug and alcohol Free event! 

- Just you and the Music - entering a state of Flow and Release

- Mingling and conversation afterwards is encouraged and welcome 

Cacao Included: Thanks to Highbration Organics - we will be providing a ceremonial dose of Organic Cacao from Peru to those who wish to experience this delicious heart medicine.

This "Medicina" will be Lovingly prepared with Loving Intention, Blessings and Care. 

Vegan friendly - brewed with 20% Organic Coconut Milk. Organic Cinnamon and Honey.

For those that do NOT wish to have Cacao - We will have milk-free Organic Chai instead.

NOTE: Please let us know if you prefer this option instead!.

Please DO bring: 

Comfortable clothing, Plenty of Water, 

A jumper and Blanket to stay warm.

Yoga Mat to lay down at the end for Meditation.

Eye masks are very helpful too.

You are welcome to stay and mingle with like minded Souls afterwards.
