The miscarriage workshop provides a safe, supportive space for participants to explore the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of pregnancy loss.

Cover practical strategies for coping with grief, ways to communicate needs with partners and family and guidance on accessing professional and peer support. Through reflective exercises and group discussion, attendees are invited to honour their journey and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of miscarriage.
