    Beat the Bonk: Marathon Nutrition Basics presented by PRC runner and accredited triathlon and endurance sports coach Mike Quinn.

    Please join us on Wednesday June 5th 6:00 PM, at Sportitude Running Hindmarsh for “Beat the Bonk: Marathon Nutrition Basics” presented by PRC runner and accredited triathlon and endurance sports coach Mike Quinn.

    This session aims to support your marathon preparation and training, covering key topics such as understanding what a "bonk" is, the demands of a marathon, training calories, race-day carbs, meal planning advice, integrating nutrition into your training, preparing for race day, and understanding taper week nutrition. There will also be a Q&A session for Quinny (so feel free to have some questions ready).  The incredible team at Sportitude will be on hand and offering some nutrition deals on the night for anyone that may be interested (there is a large variety). 

    If you joined us last time, we encourage you to return—rest assured, there's always something new to learn.
