Our very first event for 2022 and MAN its an absolute banger!! We all know we've been celebrating maybe a little too hard with the amazing weather, many belated occasions and just all-round epic summer we've had - so it's time to kickstart your 2022 fitness plan and tick off trying something new...

Studio Box have just opened their brand new complex in the CBD and to celebrate, they are putting on a boxing and strength workout for us all, with a mini smoothie bowl and treats to follow - of course.

All levels welcome, even if you've never done boxing before - this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go! You can find out a bit more about Studio Box here.

Make sure you arrive with plenty of time to get sorted before the class kicks off at 7am sharp. Bring water, and wraps and gloves if you have them. Wraps will be available to purchase if you need, and gloves and towels are complimentary if you don't have your own.

There is street parking available, and a Wilson carpark building next door, so make sure you leave plenty of time to find a carpark and get ready.

The class will be 45 minutes, and we will have mini smoothie bowls and juices waiting for you to re-hydrate and re-energise once the class is finished.
