Introduced by City of Greater Bendigo CEO, Craig Niemann, we will hear from our keynote speaker, Barbara Albert – Co- CEO 100% Renewables, best-selling author of ‘Energy Unlimited’, podcast host of ‘Driving Net Profit with Zero Emissions’.

We will launch the Beat the Power Bills Business Program: Become a member of the Greater Bendigo Climate Collaboration and receive one year’s support to create your own Zero Emissions Roadmap: take control of your energy costs, reduce power, gas and fuel bills now and plan for the renewable energy transition by 2030.

Keen for more? Following the launch, feel free to stay for three concurrent breakout sessions:

    • Planning your journey to zero emissions: A crash course on how to make the transition to zero emissions in your business, how the transition can benefit your business and what has worked in other businesses. A look under the lid of the Beat the Power Bills Business program.
    • Zero Emissions Fleet and Freight Roundtable: Despite the hype, the transition to electric bikes, cars, vans and trucks is happening at a frustratingly slow pace for businesses wanting to invest in and benefit from zero emissions transport. This roundtable is a chance to air your concerns, share your barriers to change and your hopes for the sector and to see what might be accomplished by collaborating on solutions as a business community.
    • Power Purchase Agreement info session: The City of Greater Bendigo recently joined a statewide Business Renewables Buying Group project. The program aims to support an independently facilitated group buy of renewable energy. If your business is spending over $100,000 per annum on electricity then this is the session for you.
