Beats for the Blues aims to promote mental wellbeing and connection to community through
educational and interactive workshops, engaging Q&A Panels with open discussions
and musical performances from local artists.

Targeting individuals experiencing mental health issues, their support networks and
those seeking insights into their personal wellness management, Beats for the Blues
is designed to address the need to take proactive action to nurture community
wellness.

Kids welcome however, this event is recommended for 16+ due to the sensitive nature of some topics that may be discussed though Panel Discussions and Guest Speakers
