Beatz n Balance is a creative 8-week program for young people aged 12–18 that uses rhythm-based activities and African-inspired drumming to explore what it means to be human. Each week blends drumming with powerful conversations about real-life topics — like emotions, identity, boundaries, communication, forgiveness, and self-awareness.
