Beau's Place - Wave of Light 2026
Description
October is Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month, and on October 15 each year the international Wave of Light takes place. This is an opportunity to honour the little lives we have lost too soon; to connect and to remember that we are not alone.
To honour the Wave of Light, Beau's Place is hosting a Restorative Yoga class that will end with the invitation to light a candle at 7 p.m.
The class will be intentional, designed to create supported rest for our bodies and minds as we come together because of loss; but connect over love of our children.
