Beautiful Breasts: An Embodiment & Education Workshop

A gentle, empowering space for women to learn, heal, and reconnect with their bodies.

This workshop is for every woman who wants to deepen her relationship with her breasts and support her lymphatic system for greater vitality and well-being.

Why the Lymphatic System Matters:

When we care for our lymphatic system, we support hormone balance, protect against illness, maintain fluid flow, and help remove cellular waste—key foundations for breast health.

This workshop is for you if:

• You have a family history of breast cancer

• You experience inflammation or tenderness

• You desire to cultivate deeper acceptance and love for your breasts

You will learn:

1. How to stimulate your lymphatic system through dry brushing

2. A self-lymphatic massage sequence

3. The connection between lymphatic flow and breast health

4. Gentle breast examination techniques

5. Ways to love and care for your body even more deeply

We’ll end with a beautiful creative body art experience—using our breasts as the canvas. All materials will be provided as well as a light lunch, tea and snacks.
