In this LOVE YOUR GUT HEALTH SERIES you will master the art and science of fermenting foods and drinks by learning the principles and skills rather than following recipes so you can creatively develop your own style and recipes to nourish your gut and for those your love and care about.

I have been running fermenting food workshops for 16 years both nationally and internationally . My recipes are largely original and aim to develop gut microbial diversity as well as being full of flavour and nutrient dense with reduced carbs as the carbohydrates are converted by the microbes to lactic acid.
