This beautiful immersive weekend you will receive a deep embodiment and understanding of Reiki Energy / Healing, as well as experiencing deeper understandings of the self through - Energy Awareness, exploring the Chakras, working with Boundaries in the physical and in the spiritual fields, Spirit Awareness, Energetic Protection, and exploring many tools on Self Discovery that will lead to the potent uncovering of different layers of your being.

- Each morning we may begin our day with a Self Love Embodiment Ritual using gentle breathwork, sacred sound and guided visualisation. Cleansing our energies, connecting to our hearts and grounding in for the day.
- We will explore the ancient art and history of Reiki, the Reiki principles and all about Dr Usui , the cleansing process after an attunement, Reiki hand positions for self healing, the importance of energy exchange for services, and preparation for a Reiki attunement.
- Utilising creativity as a way to learn and embody healing, vibration and emotion.
- You will be initiated into the sacred attunements of Reiki level 1
- You will learn about the importance of the Chakra system and how these relate to energy healing.
- You will learn simple yet powerful techniques on how to heal yourself using Reiki.
- You will learn potent grounding and protection tools for your daily life.
- Understanding energetic and physical boundaries
- You will be offered an introduction to Spirit and your psychic abilities / intuition
- You will learn how to protect your energy and energy field
- You will leave with a new level of self understanding, self love, and an empowered state of being, ready to step up into who you came here to be!
*Prerequisites: For Level 1 all you need is an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to learn
For level 2 you MUST have completed your Reiki Level 1 within the past 2 years and preferably be actively practising. If you are uncertain please reach out to have a chat.

Reiki Level 2 -
This will be another 2 day initiation and certification. In this journey you will continue to deepen your practice with knowledge on how to hold space and offer healings for others.
You will receive
- Reiki Level 2 Certification
- Reiki Practitioner Manual
- A powerful Initiation into the ancient Reiki Symbols
- A deeper understanding of how to hold space for healing to occur
- How to distance or remote heal
This is for you if you are wanting to fully embrace Reiki either for your own healing or to hold space for others.
Most who do level one sign up for level two and feel the draw to be a part of the one month Mentorship and Support group as we weave magick and real life together as a Reiki Tribe.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Comfortable loose fitting clothes
- A pen and journal
- A refillable water bottle
- Any sacred objects you’d like to add to our Alter that will be created for the weekend (please no deities)
- An open mind and an open heart
- A vegan plate of food to share for lunch (unless heading out for lunch. Note we will only have up to an hour for lunch)
PLEASE AVOID:
- Wearing tight or restricting clothes or jewellery
- Wearing heavy make up or any perfume
- Meat, drugs and alcohol for the duration of our journey

This beautiful two day immersive journey is run by Shivanii from Soul Freqs - a Healer, Spiritual and Mindset Mentor + an Artist. She has spent nearly a decade studying numerous Holistic and Alternative Medicines, Yoga and Meditation, Reiki Masters, Sound Massage Therapy, Psychic Development, several other energy healing modalities, NLP, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Ceremonialist Training, Crystals, Essential Oils and much more!
Her love for spirituality and esoteric learnings has sent her all over the world and to many dimensions. She is incredibly passionate about the work she does, she is in love with sharing her knowledge and her mission is to help as many beings as she can to rise into their highest potential.
