What if you stopped chasing… and simply started BEing?

So often, we feel like we need to be better, do better, achieve more or become something else before we can truly feel good about ourselves.

Life can place so much emphasis on doing — achieving, attaining, striving and moving on to the next thing.

But what if we’re chasing the wrong thing?

What if what we really need isn’t more doing… but more BEing?

Being still.

Sitting with ourselves, our thoughts and our feelings, and giving ourselves permission to simply be.

Not being more like someone else.
Not being as good as she is.
Not trying to become who we think we should be.

But simply… being authentically ME.

I like to think of becoming as BE-coming ME.

Or perhaps, simply… BE ME.

For me, this isn’t about becoming more. It’s about slowing down, being still and reconnecting with the real self that has been within you all along.

The version of you that doesn’t need to be chased or created — only remembered.

To me, BEcoME is about finding your voice, coming back to your heart, feeling grounded, finding balance and gently becoming whole again.

And I know how easy it is to lose yourself.

So many of the women I know and love are running on empty.

Tired. Overwhelmed. Rushed. Stretched too thin. Giving so much to everyone around them that there is very little left for themselves.

Sometimes we’re simply running on adrenaline, getting through the day with caffeine, sugar and sheer determination.

And somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with who we are beyond being a mum, a wife, a partner, a carer, or what we do for work.

I know this feeling because I’ve been there too.

I was running that same race.

Giving so much of myself to the people I loved that I had very little left for me.

And looking back, I can see how much of that came from wanting to be a “good mum”, a “good partner” or simply a “good person” — putting everyone else’s needs before my own without even realising what it was costing me.

Until I realised something had to change.

This workshop has come from that place.

From my own experience of finding my way back to myself, and from the tools and understandings that helped me create that change.

I want to create a space where women can step away from the busyness of life for a few intentional hours and simply BE.

A space to feel Grounded, Supported & Nourished.

A space to breathe.
To reconnect.
To listen inward.
To remember who you are.

An offering from my heart to yours — an invitation to say YES to you, and give yourself permission to refill your cup.

Together, we’ll explore the journey from:

Surviving → Thriving
Overwhelmed → Grounded
Self-less → Self-love

You’ll be given love, support, practical tools and encouragement to create more space for yourself in your everyday life — to honour your needs, nourish your whole self and bring more balance and calm into your days.

Because putting yourself first is NOT selfish.

It’s essential.

And when we learn to regularly create space for ourselves and keep our own cup nourished, something beautiful happens.

We can give to the people we love from a place of joy, love and fullness, rather than depletion.

Taking care of you doesn’t take away from the people you love.

It ultimately gives more to everyone.

So perhaps this is your invitation to stop chasing for a little while…

And simply BE.

Come back to your heart.
Come back to yourself.
Come home to YOU.

This workshop is for you if…

You’re tired of always being the one who holds everything together.

You give so much to everyone else, but often find yourself at the bottom of your own list.

You feel like you’re constantly doing, but rarely have time to simply BE.

You’re craving some intentional time for yourself — without guilt, without rushing, and without having to be anything for anyone else.

You’ve lost touch with the woman you are beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations.

You know you need to slow down, but aren’t quite sure how to create that space in your everyday life.

You’re ready to reconnect with yourself, your heart and the parts of you that may have been quietly waiting to be heard.

And perhaps, somewhere inside, you’re ready to stop putting yourself last…

…and start remembering that you matter too.

What to expect....

This immersive morning is an invitation to reconnect with your heart, body & soul through guided meditation & gentle energy clearing, learning tools for stress management & creating community connection.

Together we will explore:

Understanding - How your energy works, what happens energetically when we are stressed, and how to reclaim your energy back.

Within — remembering the woman beneath the roles, expectations and identities.

🎶 Guided meditation & Sound Journey — surrendering into stillness we will go on a grounding journey, reseting the nervous system for deep restoration.

Support - We will discuss tips and tools we can bring into our daily lives for ongoing support, and you will go home with a goodie bag that will include notes, guidance tips and recipes from the day.

🪷 Nourishment & Sisterhood — light refreshments and space to connect with other women.

This isn't about becoming more..... it's about becoming whole again and remembering that you already are enough

Come exactly as you are.

Leave a feeling...... Grounded, Supported & Nourished

“I’ve walked this road too. I know how easy it is to lose yourself. And I’d love to share the things that helped me find my way back.

I hope the women who need to hear these words find their way into that room — and leave feeling a little more connected to themselves, a little more nourished, and reminded that they matter too."

Through my own journey of seeking the most wholesome lifestyle that nourishes and fulfills my soul, I have learnt to Love myself fully, by listening to my bodies needs and putting myself first.... ( wasn't always this way).... So I could become the best version of myself possible.

I have been Co-facilitating retreats around Australia that combine all of the above elements, as well as monthly Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey's which have both been outdoor immersed in nature, as well as indoor Events.

I absolutely love creating space for others to explore what it is to feel grounded, supported, nourished and loved, and to take the time to pause and simply BE. It is deeply fulfilling for me to be offering these BEcoME Workshops as the next part of my journey, and I am so excited to guide women back to their hearts.
