As you relax into the meditative sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and harmonic frequencies, you’ll be gently guided to activate this center, sharpening your awareness and enhancing your natural ability to see beyond the surface.

The event takes place during the powerful alignment of the 111 portal, a time when the energy of new beginnings, clarity, and intention is especially potent.

We are offering $50 tickets or 2 for $90 special.

LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis.  Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.

Please bring the following for the sound bath:

- Yoga Mat

- Blanket

- Pillow

- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)

- Cushion to prop the legs up

- Water

- Wear comfortable and loose clothing

CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.
