His teachings integrate Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, NLP, Reiki, Breathwork, and trauma-informed mindfulness, offering a multidimensional approach to expansion and self-mastery.

Kyle Lam

A renowned sound healer and musician, Kyle Lam has facilitated hundreds of sound bath experiences across Southern California, weaving ancient vibrational practices with modern sound healing. His mastery of planetary gongs and deep understanding of harmonic resonance allows participants to experience sound in a way that is both meditative and powerfully transformative.

LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis. Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.
