Come join two of South OC’s most powerful practitioners as they guide you on an intimate journey through sound and energy healing, helping you achieve a more grounded state of being throughout your physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

GET GROUNDED: A Earth Element Reiki Sound Bath Experience, being held on Tuesday, June 13th from 7:00-8:30 PM at MDitate Meditation Center in Newport Beach!
Lay back as you relax into the soothing and serenading sounds of Kyle Lam’s sound bath. You’ll have the opportunity to embark on an inward journey of self-discovery and reconnection as you navigate through the inner parts of your subconscious while discovering new ways to heal your body and spirit.
Throughout the sound bath, Jessica will be sharing her gift of Reiki healing with each participant, helping you align your energy centers to promote inner strength and stability. This personalized healing session will allow you to become more centered and focused, so that you can embrace more harmony in your life, support your newest intentions, and remain rooted in your core essence.
Ginny will be offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
Cost is $55 and we are limiting this event to 15 people to ensure the intimacy of the space.
Studio does provide all the comforts you will need to maximize your experience including mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions. All you need to bring alongside yourself is a willingness to become reborn.
CBD can be added onto your experience to deepen your meditation journey for an additional $10.
