Complementing the breathwork experience, Kyle Lam will curate a special gong bath immersion. Gong immersions, with their combination of intensity and serenity, help bring out blocked or stagnant energy from the body. The gong's vibrations permeate on a cellular level, releasing tensions within. Kyle's session breaks apart emotional and energetic blockages surfaced by the breathwork, leaving participants in a gentle state of harmony and ease.
