Through this guided sound meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to embark on an inward journey to help achieve this level of mindfulness. Regardless of your meditation experience, our sound meditations are powerful enough to place even the most anxious minds into a meditative state.⁣

Our evening includes an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, a 45 minute guided sound bath meditation, and a closing ceremony to integrate your journey.⁣

doTERRA essential oils are available free of charge to enhance your meditation experience with aromatherapy.⁣
⁣
Our meditations are open to anyone with a willingness to create change in their lives and those looking to live a more fulfilled life that comes from their hearts.⁣

Our next sound bath is Sunday, March 3rd, from 7:00-8:00 PM at BarreWell Fitness Studio in Mission Viejo, CA.

Cost is $35 a person⁣ | 2 tickets for $60 | or 3 tickets for $75

- Eye Covering⁣
- Cushion to prop the legs up⁣
- Water⁣
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing

Optional Add-Ons:

CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.

Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort. Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.

Ginny will be offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
