In this session, she will lead you through a comprehensive journey using just two tennis balls to unlock tension, reduce inflammation, and enhance muscle recovery. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, Aileen will empower you with invaluable techniques to heal your own body effectively, elevating your flexibility and overall well-being.
From there, Kyle Lam will prepare an integrative sound experience to delve deeper into relaxation and restoration. Kyle's mastery of sound healing will guide you into a state of profound tranquility, allowing your body and mind to unwind and realign.
