BECOMING WHO YOU ARE: Psychodrama Residential Workshop
Event description
“About all you can do in life is be who you are. Some people will love you for you. Most will love you for what you can do for them, and some won't like you at all.”
― Rita Mae Brown
“When you are content to be simply yourself and don't compare or compete, everyone will respect you.”
― Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching
This residential workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to be involved in a psychodrama group and to expand their spontaneity and creativity. This will assist us to be who we are by expressing ourselves freely in the world.
This expression may be in your work, your relationships, with family or in your relationship with your Self.
The psychodramatic method leads to the discovery of our potential and to learn and enact who we really are, rather than bending to old habits and out of date cultural conserves.
Psychodrama is called the drama of the soul, Theatre of Truth and Compassion and is a method that will involve group interaction and enactment. Participants will be expected to attend all sessions.
The learning of new skills may be emotionally challenging and participants are required to have abilities to support their life of evolving growth and should be participating in areas such as studies, employment and social and creative activities.
