Bee Breath Yoga end of year gathering: special yoga nidra class
This extended class is my offering to the community to celebrate the start of summer, the closing of another year and to ease you in to the silly season.
We will begin with 45 minutes of gentle slow flow, then progress into our deep guided meditation (yoga nidra) with a herbal tea to finish.
Since you will be lying still for some time, I suggest bringing a blanket, cushion, whatever you need to ensure your comfort.
Newbies welcome - class is suitable for beginners. BYO mat and water bottle.
Enter via the stairs on the right of the main Tinderbox Rd entrance and follow signs to Yoga.
If you are new to the class, I’ll need you to complete a brief health form.
