If you are living with flatmates, parents, elderly, colleagues, or living on your own you can join the online group workout on the same device.
Together you will be strengthening your skills for taha hinengaro/mental and emotional fitness as well as sharpening your tools to cultivate a healthy hauora.

State of Being is here to support and empower you to nurture all aspects of your hauora/wellbeing: taha tinana/physical, taha whānau/social, taha hinengaro/mental & emotional, taha wairua/spiritual, whenua/nature. Equipping you with hauora enhancing tools to strengthen skills & abilities for being healthy.

An ongoing MindyGym exploring presence practices such as:
✨ Breath techniques to relax
✨ Regulation tips & tricks
✨ Emotional releases
✨ Journaling Hacks
✨ Body/awareness scans

A by-product of these practices include soothing the nervous system and feeling embodied.

Create a comfortable space where you can both sit up & lie down (preferably not on your bed - better sleep hygiene).
Invite your household to join you for 30 minutes of a workout for you to gain healthy habits together.
