Honey oh Honey!
Who loves honey? This workshop will be all about honey - tasting honey, jarring honey selling honey.
The session will be thick on content as we will also be covering how to Winter down a hive and, weather permitting, we will visit one of my apiaries in South Arm to Winter it down. And because we are learning about honey, you are also encouraged to bring along your honey for the tasting session and also a friend who may be curious about beekeeping to spend a day with us.
We are back in South Arm for the commercial kitchen (jarring).
