Thank you for your purchase. We can't wait to see you on the 10th of October for This Years Bridge Road Brewers Beechworth Oktoberfest.

To ensure we all have a great time please note the important information below.

Entry for all is via Ford Street at 11am, there's no entry or exit from the High Street car-park so plan accordingly.
There are plenty of un-reserved tables you can access as first in, best dressed. All public spaces are non-smoking. If you need to smoke or vape there's a designated area located behind the stage.
Food will be served from the outdoor food service kitchen using the meal token you will receive on arrival. Please advise our staff if you have opted for a vegetarian or vegan meal when being served. Additional Food available to purchase on the day.
Drink service will be via both indoor and outdoor bars. Please keep in mind we are operating an altered bar service. Pints, pots, cocktails and spirits will not be available. All beer (incl Ginger Beer, Cider and Non-Alc beer) will be served in steins, which you need to keep and take care of. Wine will be served in pre-purchased stemless event glasses.
Your Glass, Your Responsibility. If you break or lose your stein or wine glass, you will have to purchase a new one at full price.
To keep bar service moving as quickly as it needs, we're operating as a cashless event, so please make sure you have a credit card with you.
We ask that you please show respect to both our Staff and Security, both to whom enable us to have such an amazing day. While we want you to have a fun filled fabulous day it needs to be done responsibly. If you are asked to leave by either staff or security at any point throughout the day you will not be welcome back into the event.
Please be Respectful to our Neighbours and Town throughout the day as well as during arrival and departure from the event.
