Beechworth Vignerons Association - Spring In The City

Bridge Road Brewers and the Beechworth Vignerons are excited to invite you to Bridge Road Brewers’ East Brunswick venue for an epic day of wine tastings.

Our hometown typically has an annual ‘Spring Tasting’ (wine) in Beechworth…this year we’re bringing it to the city with the inaugural ‘Spring Tasting in the City’.

As most of the Beechworth producers don’t have cellar doors open to the public, this event is the perfect opportunity to meet the winemakers, sip and savour their current release Beechworth wines all in the comfort of our Brunswick venue.

Friday November 29 - Beechworth Wine Pairing Dinner

Welcomed with a batched High Country cocktail from Michael Ryan of Beechworth Bitters Company and hosted by the Wine Makers of Fighting Gully Road, Sentiõ, and Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown. We'll be exploring a little bit of the diversity of Terroir in Beechworth covering some classic and lesser know (Beechworth) varieties. Each wine maker will be pouring 2 wines to compliment 6 dishes. The dinner will be from 6:30pm to 9pm on the eve before the Saturday tasting event.

Saturday November 30 - Beechworth Wine Tasting

Meet the makers then taste and learn all about what makes the Beechworth Wine Region so special. Tastings are from 2pm – 5pm, with snacks available from the kitchen.

A.Rodda, Baarmutha, Castagna, Fighting Gully Road, Granjoux, Indigo Vineyard, Juliard, Little Frances, Sentiõ, Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown, and Willem Kurt.
