Beef Butchery : Can You Cut a T-Bone Steak?

Can you cut a T-bone steak? Can you beat our butcher and get it to exactly 1kg? 

Join us for a morning of all things beef. Why would you choose Organic? What does Regenerative Agriculture mean and how does it affect how you choose your meat? Dry-ageing or wet? You'll learn what to look for when buying beef before watching our butchers expertly break down the central part of the animal (where most of the steak cuts are found). 

And then it's your turn. Try your hand at cutting steaks or preparing a tomahawk. We'll show you what to do.

When we’ve finished our cuts, we’ll join around a long table to share a delicious steak lunch complete w/ a matched beer or wine.
