At Moffat Beach Brewing Co, we believe everyone deserves a taste of the good life. We also really love great craft beer and barbecue, so for this event we’re bringing it all together for a one-night-only feast for the senses.
Guided by Head Brewer Matt Wilson, you’ll enjoy four delicious courses from our in-house barbecue truck, smoked low and slow. Each course will be paired with not one, but two of our favourite beers*, curated to complement, cut or contrast each dish. It’s then up to YOU to tell us which pairing worked best.
We’ll chat with Matt throughout the evening, learning how he went from ‘brewing dabbler’ to one of the country’s most celebrated brewers, and talk more about the beer styles you’ll be enjoying on the night.
