Beer + Bubs Parent Education is a relaxed, practical one-night session for dads of young children aged 0-3 years. Designed for fathers who want to feel more confident, competent, and connected, but who also know that there is no such thing as a perfect parent.
Delivered in the cosy Cellar room of Barker St. Social (formerly Gryphons) in Griffith, the evening explores fatherhood including:
-bonding and connecting
-teaching via role modelling
-emotional regulation and repairing mistakes
-parenting styles, parenting together, and couples communication
-knowing when/where/how to ask for help
