Beer + Bubs is a one–night session at the pub where expectant dads learn how to support their partner through the birth of their baby. Childbirth is daunting for men too and this session prepares fathers for an active, caring role.

Virginia is a mother of two boys, and is a doula, herbalist, nutritionist and holistic pregnancy bodyworker for her business Natural Beginnings. She is passionate about a natural approach to health, pregnancy and birth, and loves supporting couples throughout their journeys to parenthood. Virginia is so excited to help men learn how to support their women with confidence during the birth and parenting of their babies. She’s a long–time resident of the Sutherland Shire.
