Take off your shoes and pop a cold one! It's time for your favourite new beer experience. Beer Yoga is best enjoyed with a cold beverage, and lots of friends. Beer Yoga is a light-hearted class for adults and is the perfect class for beginners! Modifications of poses will be provided to make this class great for everybody.
This is a 1-hour vinyasa flow class with sip cues!
Attendance is $25 including 2 FREE beers and mat rental!
Beer provided by Brothers Beer specializing in craft beer!
