We're Getting Back In The Saddle!
It is with great pleasure that we once again throw open our farm gates and welcome all you cowboys and cowgirls. There is big money and even bigger bragging rights on the line in 2024, and we must send thanks to ABCRA and Double Barrel Entertainment for affiliating with us and once again, making this a Full Point, no holds bar Rodeo event.Â
PLEASE NOTE: CARAVAN/CAMPERVAN/ROOFTOP TENT ALLOCATIONS HAVEÂ CURRENTLY EXHAUSTED. KEEP AN EYE ON OUR SOCIALS FOR EXTRA SPOTS AVAILABLE, OR PICK A TENT/SWAG OPTION.Â
There will be no vehicles allowed in the camping area and no tents/swags in caravan / campervan / rooftop tent / vehicle areas.
Friday Hoedown -Â Get down to the Beerfarm for a full weekend experience. Live music, Brews, and Chews! Expect some awesome live and local music (TBA soon) and camp under the stars with your pals. Hours:Â 7pm - 11:45pm
Saturday Rodeo - 11am - 11:45pm Beerfarm's Full Point Rodeo is back! Kicking off at 11am with "The Slack" warming up the crowd until the Full Point Rodeo action starts at 2pm until 5pm. Live music will be playing throughout the day with some special artists to be announced soon. You'll be able to enjoy food from our brand new kitchen, as well as your local food truck favorite's and market stalls. Â
Our Rodeo has always been firmly grounded in cultivating a bloody good time for the region and community that has given us so much. We want to make sure everyone has an awesome time while showcasing the commitment, passion, hard-work, and dedication of the primary producers, food vendors, market stall holders and booze makers that rely on events like this to make a living.
FAQ's
Busses: Return Tickets are available for both Friday and Saturday Events. Due to the large number of tickets, you must adhere to the arrival and departure time selected at check out.
No Alcohol to be Brought Onto the Property:
Beerfarm is proud to offer a wide selection of quality beverages. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the Rodeo Event section of the property.
No Animals Allowed:
Whilst we do love all of your puppers, for the safety and well-being of all attendees, animals are strictly prohibited on the event premises. This includes, but is not limited to, pets and non-event required livestock. Please make appropriate arrangements for your animals prior to attending the event.
Prohibited Items:
The following items are strictly prohibited on the event premises -
- Strictly No Fires
- Illicit drugs
- Weapons
- Professional recording devices
- Lasers or laser pointers
- Any dangerous goods
Camping: Camping facilities will be available for attendees with camping tickets in designated areas. These facilities include toilets and showers within the camping area for your convenience. Setup allowed on Friday from 2pm, or Saturday from 9am. If coming with a group, please arrive together so that you will be allocated the same camp spots. There will be no vehicles allowed in the camping area and no tents/swags in caravan / campervan / rooftop tent / vehicle areas
No Glass in Camping/Caravan/Event Areas:Â Glass containers are strictly prohibited in camping and caravan areas. Livestock graze in these areas, and we need to protect the land. Please use alternative containers to help maintain the safety and cleanliness of the event site.
Food Policy:Â Attendees are allowed to bring food into the campgrounds for personal consumption. However, food is not permitted in the Rodeo Event areas. Please be considerate of others and dispose of waste properly.
Parking: Friday = Free. Saturday = Gold coin donation with 100% of proceeds to go to a local charity/community club T(BD). Parking is limited to 1500 car parks, so get in early to guarantee a spot or carpool with your pals!
