Join WMRC and the Town of Cottesloe for a Plastic-Free July community workshop! Learn how to make custom beeswax wraps & how to make produce bags made from old t-shirts! 🐝 Plastic Free July® assists our community to have cleaner streets and oceans as we learn to live plastic-free.

🕙 Time: 10am - 11.30am
🏠 Location: Lesser Hall, Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street COTTESLOE
📍 Tickets: Tickets are FREE
🚗 Parking: There is street parking located along Napier St.
How it will work
- 10am - 10.20am: Plastic-Free July presentation by WMRC officers
- 10.20am - 11.30am: DIY Workshop making beeswax wraps and produce bags
Catering will be provided 🎂. This is a family-friendly event.
If you'd like to make a custom beeswax wrap, please bring the bowl or dish you'd like to cover.
Please bring a clean t-shirt to make a DIY produce bag - spares will be provided.
Spaces are limited. If you can no longer make this event, please let us know at least 1 day in advance.
