Before the Chaos: A Community Reset Morning

You don't need to power through the holidays and reinvent yourself in January.

Saturday, December 12, 2026 | 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Rocky River Nature Center | North Olmsted, Ohio

Before the Chaos is an intentional pause before the demands of the holiday season and the expectations of a new year.

Hosted by With Purpose LLC, this unique community wellness experience brings together local practitioners, professionals, and fellow humans to explore what it means to live well—not just get through the day.

Rooted in With Purpose's Six Dimensions of Purposeful Living—Function, Capacity, Belonging, Meaning, Stability, and Habitat—the experience offers practical tools, meaningful conversations, and fresh perspectives on navigating everyday life.

Throughout the morning and early afternoon, you'll have opportunities to:

Learn from local Trail Guides offering approachable, real-world insights into well-being.
Explore practical strategies for managing stress, understanding your needs, and creating more room for what matters.
Reconnect with yourself and others through shared experiences and genuine community connection.
Enjoy a welcoming natural setting with opportunities to slow down, reflect, and simply be.

This isn't another event telling you to do more, be better, or overhaul your life.

It's an invitation to recognize what you're carrying, consider what actually supports you, and discover how small, intentional changes can create meaningful ripples in your life and community.

No resolutions. No pressure to have it all figured out. No expectation to become a different version of yourself.

Just real people, real conversations, and real support as we navigate the holidays and enter 2027, well.

Come as you are. Leave with something that matters.

Together, we practice being human.
