Rooted in With Purpose's Six Dimensions of Purposeful Living—Function, Capacity, Belonging, Meaning, Stability, and Habitat—the experience offers practical tools, meaningful conversations, and fresh perspectives on navigating everyday life.

Throughout the morning and early afternoon, you'll have opportunities to:

• Learn from local Trail Guides offering approachable, real-world insights into well-being.

• Explore practical strategies for managing stress, understanding your needs, and creating more room for what matters.

• Reconnect with yourself and others through shared experiences and genuine community connection.

• Enjoy a welcoming natural setting with opportunities to slow down, reflect, and simply be.

This isn't another event telling you to do more, be better, or overhaul your life.
