This 21-day online journey will have you waking up excited to discover what each new day has to offer you and your newfound best friend, your body.

Over the 21 days we will focus on three major themes:

Acknowledgement & Forgiveness: We cannot create change without first acknowledging where we are currently, and what has led us to this place. The crucial next step in the journey of creating a loving relationship with your body is forgiving yourself for critical thoughts and harmful actions.
Emotional appreciation: Your emotions are a vital piece of your experience of life, and, like the rest of you, they deserve awareness, acceptance, and space for expression and integration.
Embodied pleasure: If the thought of a life that is dripping with holistic pleasure sounds delicious to you, this module will light a spark in you that cannot be put out.

Sexual Empowerment Coaches Alicia Fay and Sofie Louise are deeply committed to taking your relationship with your body to a level you didn’t even know was possible. With two facilitators and access to a private Facebook community, you’ll receive personalised and attentive guidance throughout this journey that will support the transformation of your enjoyment of life.

Alicia and Sofie have a diverse and complementary range of experience and skills perfect to seamlessly guide you through a variety of holistic practices over the three live sessions. These embodiment practices will enhance your awareness and acceptance of your physical body, and they can be returned to at any stage in order to further integrate this newfound connection throughout your life.

This online journey occurs within a safe and confidential community where you can connect with people experiencing similar challenges and feel the power of a group of women-identifying people coming together to heal and transform their own lives.
