What stories are you telling yourself about yourself?

Most of us would have what we would term an “Inner Critic”, a well-integrated but maladaptive part of us that gets activated in many situations, usually with unhelpful and disparaging internal dialogue that constantly criticizes, belittles, and judges us. This workshop series seeks to help you start building a different relationship with your inner critic and improve your wellbeing.

  • Tuesday 25th June 11am - 1pm

Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions.
