This is an invitation to join our third series of “Embracing Maga” for our ~ Befriending Yourself Menopause Yoga Women’s Circle.

In this 3-hr workshop you will learn how the changing hormones & emotions related to Peri/Menopause can trigger an increase of internal heat, flushing and night sweats.

Discover how you can ease the challenging and uncomfortable physical experiences of Hot Flushes & Night Sweats and how you can soothe the “internal heat” through Yoga, Movement, Meditation & Breathwork techniques, blended with a Naturopathic approach – including plant medicine, nutrition, supplements and lifestyle - that will help you to and navigate this transition with more Ease, Acceptance, Self-love and Wisdom.

By Befriending Yourself you will learn how to understand your body’s needs and the messages behind these symptoms and how these can serve as a barometer for your overall health.

You will explore practical ways to address and manage flushes utilising plant medicine, supplements, lifestyle, breathwork, movement & foods so you can embrace your Menopause journey as an opportunity for Self-growth, Spiritual Awakening and Re-connection with yourself.

This is a 3 hr Peri/Menopause Women's Circle, safe container and nurturing space for women to come together, support one another, and lovingly embrace the transition into their Perimenopause and Menopause, known as a “Second Spring” or the Embrace of the Maga, known as "The Wise Woman".

With Mikaela Duffy, Naturopath, Nutritionist & Bodyworker as a special guest and Beatriz Davila as a Certified “Yoga Menopause Teacher”, Breathwork Coach, Massage Therapist and Reiki Healer and owner of RESPIRAH YOGA SPACE you learn, embody and explore:

- the mechanisms of Peri/Menopause and what is happening to your hormones,

-the emotions & spiritual journey of entering this “Maga phase”

- why hot flushes & night sweats are common during this transition

- specific Yoga sequences, Breathwork techniques, Mudras and Mantras that can help you soothe your internal heat.

- bringing attention to your thoughts and emotions around your flushes, giving you a fresh perspective and feel empowered to navigate this transition with more acceptance and wisdom.
