Bega Rotary was chartered on 16 June 1954. The sponsor clubs were the Rotary Clubs of Cooma and Queanbeyan. The Club has about 40 members drawn from Bega, Tathra, Tura and surrounding localities.

Our main fund raisers are two book fairs in early January and early July each year. This allows us to support the local community.

We have been actively involved in the bush fire recovery projects in the Bega Valley. Also we offer local youth a range of personal development activities, science & engineering, driver awareness programs, community activities and international exchange opportunities. We contribute to Australian Rotary Health research and international projects in Thailand and the eradication of polio.

If you would like to know more about Rotary we would love to hear from you.
