Beginner crochet for men
Description
Get started with the traditional craft of crochet - you might just find yourself hooked!
Come along and learn a new handy skill, meet new people, and learn about the health benefits of crochet this Men's Health Awareness Month.
Studies show the physical and mental benefits of crochet include:
- improved dexterity
- lowered stress and anxiety levels
- enhanced cognitive function and focus
- reducing risks of cognitive conditions, such as dementia
- boosts in serotonin and dopamine
....all while making something useful and creating opportunities to meet new people!
Hooks and yarn will be available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own.
