In your 5-week choreography-focused course you'll be learning, not only all the BEGINNER Heels basics, but also winding yourself around the sassiest, most sultry little Heels combo that you'll have to say all the hail Mary's before bed!

Each class in the short course combines...

> Warm-up & Conditioning
> Body Movement Mastery: Isolations & Articulations
> Heels Fundamentals: Technique Drills for Foundations Steps + Variations
> Character & Styling 101: Main character energy only!
> Choreography: A fun routine that builds across the course. (*option to film in Week 5)
> Access to Class Footage: The learning doesn't have to stop when you leave the studio. All key elements of the class work covered will be filmed. The footage will be shared to students for practice purposes & participants will also have access to a curated class playlist.

This is an intimate learning opportunity for Beginners & Absolute Beginners only. We promise you: NO crowded classes where you feel uncomfortable about asking questions; NO 'select/spotlight groups' or endless filming, meaning you miss out on your lesson time. Yes, we film in class but only a little bit, so the learning doesn't have to stop when you leave the studio. Instead, what we promise you is dedicated, inclusive, student-focused classes with quality foundation and fun choreography, in a supportive atmosphere.

FAQ'S
Q: How old do I need to be to attend this Beginner Heels Short Course?
A: This course is a 16+ event. Participants who are Under 18 will need a parent/guardian's signature to complete registration. The registration form will be sent out to all ticket holders to complete prior to our first class of the course.

Q: What sort of Heels should I wear?
A: We recommend a low-rise heel (2-3inches max) that is secure around the ankle e.g. zip or lace up. If you don't have any Heels, just wear your sneakers.

Q: What about attire?
A: Activewear is great! Wear whatever allows you to move freely and feel a cute at the same time, even if you work up a sweat.

Q: Is the class for women only?
A: We invite anyone who is ready to start their twirling journey to sign up. Whether you are amongst the he-s/she-s/they-s/bae-s...We are a safe space for all.

Q: Do I need to attend all dates in the course/What if I can't attend all sessions?
A: Being a beginner course, naturally we encourage participants to attend all sessions if possible but if you are unable to attend a session, don't worry. You will still receive the video support materials from the session to review in your own time so you don't get left behind.

Q: Who is teaching the BEGINNER Heels Short Course?
A: Meet your Instructor, Penelope, here! Bringing over 10 year teaching experience to her classes, Penelope's Heels style has been described as feminine but funky at the same time and strong, sultry and sophisticated. Penelope's choreography finds all the right pockets and also keeps you ready to snap on em' when the mood calls!
