Make yourself a chic bandeau headband that you can wear simply anywhere. Melbourne Milliner, Louise Macdonald, is looking forward to teaching you a traditional ribbon folding technique and showing you how to apply it to a contemporary halo design.

No worries if you're new to this – Louise will show you the ropes, teaching you all the folding weaving and application techniques to make your headband look absolutely professional!

By the end of the session, you'll have crafted a beautiful raised headband that'll take your style game to the next level.

    Who will be teaching?

    Louise Macdonald (she/her), a milliner with over 30 years of experience, honed her craft inthe heart of London, UK. Her hats have found homes in prestigious collections like the National Gallery of Victoria. Louise's creations have graced heads in the UK, Dubai, and Australia, including a fruitful collaboration with Hugo Boss Melbourne.

    As a distinguished millinery teacher, she has shared her expertise globally, from the UK to America. In 2021, she earned her rightful place in the Millinery Association of Australia's Hall of Fame, a testament to her invaluable contributions to the industry.

    Louise's millinery artistry is characterized by its exquisite, signature blend of movement and delicate femininity, consistently delivering impeccable quality and finish.
