Aerial Nights - Beginner Mixed (Trapeze, lyra, straps)

Mondays 5:45-7:15pm 
Judith Wright Arts Centre

Take flight as you enter the wonderful world of aerials! 

Enjoy a great full body workout in a fun and supportive environment. 

Master the basics of being in the air in a program that is suitable for everyone - no previous experience necessary.
