Event description

Welcome to the Beginners Sewing Course at Moreau Sewing Unlimited! Designed for both novices and those looking to refresh their skills, this course offers a comprehensive introduction to sewing, from hand-stitching techniques to the basics of machine operation and clothing construction. Over 6 to 10 classes, you will learn essential sewing skills, care and troubleshooting of sewing machines, and eventually progress to creating a textile product using a machine. Each class is structured to build upon the last, ensuring a solid foundation in both domestic and commercial sewing. After booking the course, you will be emailed to schedule the first 6 classes. The reason it is 6 - 10 classes, is because everyone learns at a different pace. Some students complete the course in 6 classes, others 10.
