There are classes for different ages:

4:20 to 5pm - 6 to 9 years
5:50 to 6:30pm - 10 to 13 years
6:40 to 7:20pm - 14 years to adult

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors tailor sessions to suit all levels and ages.
